Inkantations: A Sourcebook of Tattoo Magic & Body Art was written by Sean O'Connor & Rogan Hamby, with CJ Ruby & Patricia Willenborg and published in 2011 by 4 Winds Fantasy Gaming in conjunction with Heyoka Studios.

The book is in good condition with only minor shelf wear (see photos).
