Overall I'd say this is in good to very good condition.  What is kind of weird on the cover is that it looks like there are tears in the cover, BUT it is part of the artwork.  

No markings/highlighting, no ripped torn pages, and no bends/folds.  There is a price sticker on the back over the UPC bar code.  This is meant for the d20 game system (i.e. 3rd edition, Pathfinder 1st edition, etc).

Item will be shipped in a hard cardboard box with packing material.  I will combine shipping with anything else purchased.
