This is in good to very good condition with minimal shelf scuffing (one vertical line is on the right hand side which seems to be common for this module).  

Otherwise no markings, rips/tears, and bends folds.  Map has some spots with minimal staining.

Item will be shipped in a hard cardboard box with packing material.  I will combine shipping with anything else purchased.
