Overall, somewhere in the good to very good condition.  Cover has minimal wear and booklet inside has some minimal wear on the last page (advert for Dragon/Dungeon magazine), otherwise no markings/highlighting, no ripped/torn pages, and no bent/folded pages.  

Light staple rust.

Item will be shipped in a hard cardboard box with packing material.  I will combine shipping with anything else purchased.
