I'd say this is in fair to good condition.  Main issue is going to be the front cover having a v shaped crease near the bottom left corner.  

Inside cover is in good shape along with the booklet.  

No markings/highlighting, no rips/tears, and no bent/folded pages.  

Minimal to no staple rust.

Item will be shipped in a hard cardboard box with packing material.  I will combine shipping with anything else purchased.
