The cover that holds the pages and dividers is in rough shape, but it is there.  

The dividers are in fair shape with some staining and creasing on the tabs, but does not have any markings on the tabs.  

The first few pages of the appendix have some staining.  The pages with the creatures, however, are in nice shape.  No ripped holes from a binder, white pages, no markings, no rips/tears, and no major bends/folds.  Does appear to have some edge staining here and there, but doesn't really bleed into the pages themselves.  In other words, if you look at the creature stats, you probably will not notice it, but if you put them together and stand it up and look at the top of the pages, you'll see it.

Item will be shipped in a hard cardboard box with packing material.  I will combine shipping with anything else purchased.
