I'd rate this somewhere between a play copy and a fair copy.  Most of the issue is on the front/back cover with a small rip on the far right cover by the edge, not too big, though.  Cover scuffing as well and some creasing as well.  Also some light staining on the inside cover/front page.

Inside the pages are actually in pretty decent shape with no markings, no highlighting, no rips/tears, and no major bends/folds.  Some minor corner curling on the top corner, but nothing major.  

Moderate staple rust, but does not appear to affect the pages.

Item will be shipped in a hard cardboard box with packing material.  I will combine shipping with anything else purchased.
