I'd rate this somewhere between a play copy and a fair copy.  

Most of the issue is on the front/back cover.  Mainly surface scuffing and some creasing here and there.  

Inside the pages are actually in pretty decent shape with no markings, no highlighting, no rips/tears, and no major bends/folds.  

Some minor corner curling on the top corner, but nothing major.  

Light to no staple rust.

Item will be shipped in a hard cardboard box with packing material.  I will combine shipping with anything else purchased.
